5. Intellectual Property

All design concepts, drawings, and specifications remain the intellectual property of Masterpiece Decor until full payment is received.

6. Limitation of Liability

Masterpiece Decor's liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not responsible for damages to existing structures, utilities, or furnishings unless caused by our direct negligence.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Client is responsible for payment of services completed to termination date.
